ivia solutions ("we", "our", "us") is a brand of IVIA Marketing Solutions LLP, a digital marketing agency providing advertising management (including Meta, Google and Amazon), creative, SEO, website, analytics and related services. If analytics and advertising tools are enabled on this website (see Cookies & Tracking below), we also collect information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location.

We do not collect payment information directly. Any payments are handled by third-party processors.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request
• Manage your accounts and communicate with you about your campaigns
• Send you information you have asked for about our services
• Understand how our website is used, and measure and improve our own advertising

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Ad Account & Platform Access

When you engage us to manage your marketing, you may grant us access to platforms such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Amazon Ads or your website. Access is granted by you, limited to what is needed to deliver the agreed services, and can be revoked by you at any time from within each platform. You keep ownership of your accounts, and we do not need or store your passwords.

5. Chat Assistant (Ivvy)

Ivvy, the chat assistant on this website, answers questions about our services. Your conversation is kept in your browser for the current visit only. If AI answers are switched on, the messages you send are passed through our server to an AI model provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) to generate a reply; they are not used by us to identify you. Please do not share sensitive personal or payment information in the chat. If you choose to leave your name and contact details in the chat, they are sent to us, together with the conversation, so that we can reply.

6. Bidvista Waitlist

Bidvista is a marketplace advertising product being developed by IVIA Marketing Solutions LLP. If you join the early-access waitlist, we use the details you provide only to contact you about Bidvista, its beta and its launch. You can ask us to remove you from the waitlist at any time.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Communications containing sensitive account information are conducted through secure channels.

8. Cookies & Tracking

This website may use analytics and advertising technologies, such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel, to understand how the site is used and to measure and improve our own advertising. When you send us a form or chat message, we also record how you found us (for example the campaign link, referring website and the page you sent it from) so we can measure which marketing works. These tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers, and the providers process that data under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may not work as intended if you do.

9. Third-Party Services

Contact form, waitlist and chat submissions are processed by our form provider (Formspree) and delivered to us by email. If AI chat answers are enabled, chat messages are processed by our AI model provider and by Cloudflare, which hosts the connection. Analytics and advertising tools, where enabled, are provided by third parties such as Google, Microsoft and Meta.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent to our use of your information at any time
